Solevo Kitchen + Social is taking a vacation! We will be closed Sunday, October 24th through Thursday, November 4th for some much needed relaxation and travel!

We will reopen Friday, November 5th. To book a reservation for that day and beyond, call us this week (10/20-10/23) anytime after 12pm. We will not be answering phones while closed, so all future date reservations and inquiries will not be taken until returning to work on 11/5.

Fresh littleneck and topneck clams arrive daily from Rhode Island. We steam the bigger topnecks to make our own chopped clams and clam broth, which finish a sauté of sweet and small littlenecks, garlic, shallot, dry white wine, extra virgin olive oil chili flake and fresh parsley all meeting atop a generous nest of our house-made semolina spaghetti. •We accept reservations by phone only. Call us on any open day after 1pm.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•In case of inclement weather, we do not reserve outdoor tables more than a week in advance. We open up same-week outdoor table reservations every Monday at 2pm.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Weather permitting, we have a number of outdoor tables set aside for walk-ins and parties of 2, sat on a first-come first-serve basis. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•We do not accept same-day reservations after 4pm. If you would like a table, just stop down and we’ll seat you as quickly as possible.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•While reservations book up quickly, we encourage walking-in due to last minute cancellations etc. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time unless notified of late arrival.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Tables are reserved for 90-120 minutes depending on party size.

We have a specific menu available for take-out, and is a slightly scaled down version of our normal dinner menu. This is the only menu we are able to provide for take-out. All large-format or catering orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. We will not be offering delivery at this time. To see the Take-Out menu, please visit our website.

Her mama named her right, because she is truly angelic. Our girl is always there for us, and now it is time that we are there for her.

Whole milk mozzarella is coated in cheesy and garlicky pecorino romano breading, fried until crisp and set atop our San Marzano marinara. Like all things at Solevo, this fried mozz is made entirely from scratch (including the mozz) in an effort to give you the best possible version of the most satisfying foods!

EGGPLANT PARM. Fried eggplant layered with whole milk fresh mozz, marinara, fresh basil and pecorino romano perching precariously atop a mountain of house-made tagliatelle.

The more you know: Despite popular belief, Eggplant Parm did not originate in the north-central city of Parma and is not named after Parmigiana cheese. The name instead comes from the Sicilian word “Parmiciana” meaning shutters, as the eggplant resembles the little wood strips on shutters when assembled. Hard to see under all that cheese, though.
