Host your family celebration, culinary experience, business meeting, wedding weekend or holiday gathering with Solevo. Our elegant dining room comfortably seats 40 guests for a seated lunch or dinner. Our bar and lounge can accommodate 30 guests for a standing cocktail party, or reserve the entire Solevo space for a seated lunch, dinner or cocktail party of 75.
Each event includes an on-site event manager, planning services and printed menus free of charge. In addition to a myriad of food and beverage options, we can also assist with other elements of your event: fl orals, live music, gift bags, specialty transportation and more!
Solevo’s culinary team will work closely with each Host to create a custom menu for each event.
Our most popular seated lunch and dinner options include a multi course meal complete with a mix of family style and plated dishes. Enhancements like salad and pasta courses are available to even further customize your menu. The same great beverage program you enjoy while dining at Solevo is available for all events. We can create custom drink menus, complete with pre-selected wines, beers and craft cocktails to be tabbed on a consumption or cash bar basis. We can also organize Champagne toasts or Amaro/Dessert Cordial bottle service for your event- the possibilities are endless!
