We recently lost the heart and soul of Solevo Kitchen. The heartbreak is endless, but we are forever grateful to have been touched by George’s immense generosity, humor and beauty.

We will continue to carry on his legacy of what made Solevo Kitchen a true family and place for people to gather, connect and love each other. Please know that Prince Georgie’s spirit will always live here at 55 Phila Street - a restaurant and community that he built and devoted himself to. To whatever spirit guides you, pray that he is safe and forever protecting those of us he left behind… and hold your loved ones even closer in his honor.
