Her knowledge, skill, hard work and leadership is a force to be reckoned with… but most of all, it is Sam’s love and care for her work and the people around her that sets her apart. Despite Sammy’a youthful spirit, she is everyone’s mama bear.

Solevo Kitchen will have free meal bags available to those in need every Sunday through the end of the year. There is no need to preorder, just stop down on Sundays between 1pm and 3pm to pick up- no questions asked.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We will also be donating proceeds from all take-out orders every Sunday to a different local charity. Just by ordering Solevo Kitchen take-out, you will be supporting a community organization that works to feed and protect the people of Saratoga County. Stay tuned to our stories for each week’s organization.

42 million Americans and over 300,000 people in our community rely on government assistance to feed themselves and their families. The Solevo Kitchen + Social bartenders have put together a special menu of dirty martini- 100% of the sales from this menu will go to The Massachusetts Oyster Project and The Billion Oyster Project, both nonprofits that work to preserve the oceans of New York and New England by restoring water cleansing oysters and estuaries along the coastline.
